Liked: We love the hotel and have stayed many times before love the location and will be back

Disliked: To be honest we booked a room with no balcony my mistake thought it said balcony but the room was like a shoe box and not enjoyable..the cleaner came in our room but didnt change the bedfing once we did mention this to the girl on breakfast but still didnt get changed. The other thing thats changed is when breakfast is include they use to offer you cooked but not now it costs extra..its just bread cheese jam and bit of salami and coissant...which we found dissapointing compared to how its always been... But we enjoyed our stay as we went out..

Liked: Nice bathroom, comfy bed, nice lady working at breakfast/cleaning/front desk.

Disliked: Hotel is very run down (except bathroom), and 2 staff members were a bit abrupt. My aircon didn’t work, and they clearly knew this before I arrived and should have either been upfront or not allowed anyone in there, had to spend 2 nights without it then could swap. Someone else was putting the bad room though after me, so not fixing the issue. No 24 hour reception, very risky system of leaving keys for us in reception to be picked up (anyone could have taken them), and unsure about how to get in.
