  Liked: It was a quiet resort and it had everything we need the beds were comfortable and it was clean there was a supermarket within walking distance which was great and it was only 10 minutes drive to the old town perfect for our stay.

  A very clean, comfortable & quiet resort

  Liked: Very pleasant pool area, well kept & clean. The apartments are well equipped and offer spacious clean accommodation. Staff are friendly and welcoming too. Ample free parking and located just far enough from everything to offer a feeling of quiet, yet also just a short car journey or 10 minute walk and you’re in the heart of everything. I would definitely book here again if in the area.

  Disliked: There currently is no bar or restaurant on site, however there are future plans to offer this next season. I think it would be a great addition especially if you just want something to drink by the pool without having to go to the shop or back to your apartment each time.

  Booked Oleandro, Dumped at Aura Village – Our Family Holiday Was Ruined

  Liked: The cleaners were friendly and the concierge was friendly

  Disliked: Where to start, the fact again after a year of this accommodation being booked with oleandro, the hotel was not operational and ended up staying at Aura Viliage which this happened to us in May this year (once fine but twice with a whole family, disgraceful). We have been going to oleandro for years and have loved each trip regardless the state of the facilities but I can honestly say that this will be the last time we book with oleandro. Aura village is nosey, not looked after run down and let anyone in. The air conditioner unit pipe dripped onto our balcony and me and my family slipped on them repeatedly. Every night we are woken up to individual parties that stay up until 4, 5 and 6 in the morning with no consideration for families with children, and no sign of the reception doing anything to shut them up, not to mention they took over the pool and did drugs in the toilet area. While smoking cannabis by the pool. I was not impressed that we were charged a 250 euro deposit. As we stayed in may and was not asked to pay a deposit. They state of the accommodation was run down, not looked after and broken. This is an insult to state it compares to oleandro when it clearly doesn't. An absolute safety THE HOT WATER is scalding, please anyone staying here be careful. For a relaxing restful holiday with the family which we spent saving up for was reuined by this and there was nothing we could do apart from do as we are told 7 days before we were due to fly out! Appalling and utterly bad customer service. Thats not even including the private hire we booked with booking, knowing full well customs were delayed advising us we took to long and we needed to find our own way. Daylight robbery! Whether this is booking.com, oleandro, barataha hotels or Eagle transport. Thoroughly disappointed.

  Be very carefull booking this place as they might transfare you with 1 week to go before your depart

  Liked: I could'nt tell you anything about the place as they transferred us to a different complex 1 week before my departure date very dissapointed by the way they treated me. I had no choice but to accept the other complex as I had no time to find my own place with only 1 week to my departure date. I do not think I will book again on your site after this happening to me. The other complex they gave me I would of never of picked that place myself plus it was further away from the oldtown where we spent most of our time
