All good, except the above, this hotel could be soooo good, replace the tiles, it’s a shame because the hotel is beautif

Liked: Most things, staff were great, beautiful room

Disliked: The tiles around the poor is health and safety issue. Poorly laid, lack of grouting, uneven and cracked. Looks as if they are laid by a framing system which is designed for paver tiles 20mm, however tiles are thinner, doesn’t work, needs to be done correctly and soon before it causes a problem

Very nice hotel. Few faults but overall great stay

Liked: The pool is stunning. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was really good. Staff on reception (girls) were really lovely and the staff on the pool bar was also really nice. Bed very comfy and room was cleaned daily.

Disliked: Elevator kept breaking. Pool steps were almost falling off. One lady at breakfast was a little rude. (Older lady) staff on check out took our rubbish, put some in the bin and took the rest home and put it in his car while we were waiting for our taxi. Half eaten cookies and open water and cakes. At least wait until we have left.
