Exceptional
OK but expected more (staffing) for the cost
Liked: Location, quiet, cleanliness, river views.
Disliked: The breakfast staff was not always available and you might have to wait for your coffee (no coffee self-service) while they run between the reception to deal with other guests leaving the existing guests unattended. The AC doesn’t go below 20 Celsius which is pretty warm at night despite front desk being informed.
Wonderful, cozy and great value
Liked: Great value. Lovely spot, very close to bridge and church and walkable to restaurants across the river. Perfectly cozy, clean and comfortable and nice furnishings. Breakfast was a nice start to the day. Parking was easy enough to reach once we were in the spot.
Disliked: It was a bit tricky to get our luggage in as you rely on loading spot availability and the rooms were quite cozy.
Amazing staff, wonderful location, great pool and comfortable bed a d shower
Liked: The staff were amazing. I was traveling with a 3 month old infant and needed a crib and often help with other items. They were very accommodating. Our room was small..especially for a crib but great offset was the pool, views,location and price.
Disliked: The small room

Liked: Lovely, well located hotel. Good breakfast. Glad to have the pool. Loved Amarante too.
Disliked: Our rooms were a bit small with our luggage a bit tricky to accommodate.
