Exceptional
Great location in the heart of Angra
Liked: Great stay, very nice room with a view to the Old Square (Praça Velha), right in the center of Angra de Heroismo, perfect location. Fully recommended!
Center location, nice staff
Liked: The property is super located, in the center, at the main square. A lovely cafe is at the bottom. Restaurants, bars, important places all nearby. The room was totally fine and clean, own bathroom for a hostel room, so basically you share it with only 5 ppl. Additional shared bathrooms on the top floor. Staff is super nice and helpful. Each bed comes with locker. They provide key, but you can also use your own lock.
Disliked: For me it was totally fine, so just leaving it for those who might need it: the inner court belongs to the cafe, so it might be a little noisy until 11 PM.
Liked: Amazing location above an excellent cafe on the main square. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I was in share dorm with only one person during my stay so it was perfect! Relatively quiet after midnight as the cafe closed then. Good bathroom and kitchen facilities and very helpful stuff although they are not always there but the cafe stuff would help if needed.
Disliked: The shower cabinet is tiny and has only overhead showers which were too far out and if not adjusted flooded the bathroom! 😔 No sockets provided for the beds only one in the room.

Disliked: My room on the 2nd floor faced the cafe outdoor seating. It was really loud with customers, then clean up. I could not keep my window open. However, the insulated window really helped keep the noise down. Thank you for that!
