Nice stay
Liked: Location
Disliked: The room wasn't clean upon arrival. We had to call the front desk to get the room cleaned.
Amazing!
Liked: The staff of great, they always make you feel welcomed. The hotel is also in a pretty good location and the fact that it has a garage is great.
Disliked: It’s not their fault, obviously, but there are a LOT of noisy motorcycles speeding through the street. And they can wake you up at night.
Great modern hotel at the harbour
Liked: Great location. Beautiful modern hotel at the harbour with parking. Good restaurant. Nice easy 15-20 minute walk along the seafront to the main centre.
Great place and great staff
Liked: The hotel is well-maintained and new, the staff are very nice and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city and the port, and also provides quick access to sites around the island
Disliked: If you’re tall be advised that the bed is on the narrow side of the queen sized bed
Nice Place but Inefficient A/C
Liked: Easy drive down the VR from the airport and free on-site parking in the underground garage. Fully equipped modern spacious one-bedroom apartment with comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful with a lot of food choices - meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits. Also made to order eggs, pancakes, bacon and sausage.
Disliked: Inefficient a/c. Two "mini-splits, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. However even with both units set at 16°C (the lowest temp on the unit) the apartment was very warm even with all the blinds shut during the day. The air coming out of the units should have been much cooler. We would have asked to be moved to another room but we had already unpacked and settled in when we realized the apartment was not cooling off. I see other reviews where the inefficient a/c is also mentioned so may be an issue throughout the complex.
Modern & good option with minor caveats
Liked: Modern hotel, good breakfast, nice & comfy rooms
Disliked: Had a lot of outside noise as the room was located right next to some big A/C outlets. Several rooms on the backside of the building should share the same issue. Rooms were generally clean but found a sock from the previous guest and some minor other issues - no dealbreakers though. Would stay again
