High quality experience, terrific service
Liked: Original and beautifully themed deco. High standards of service. Very nice sister restaurant open all day 150 metres away. Important to secure a car parking space as otherwise difficulties park in the area.
Wonderful relaxing stay!
Liked: The staff is so welcoming and helpful, lovely breakfast with delicious food and relaxing ambiance. Courtyard is beautiful, would come back!
Very clean with a great breakfast and location, but the chandeliers have to go
Liked: All of the staff were wonderful. Carlos and Joanna at the front desk, in particular, were helpful and pleasant. Both the common areas and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was exceptional…lots of options made to order.
Disliked: The standard room was very small, to the point where we felt we needed to pay for an upgrade. Both rooms had oversized chandeliers with hanging crystals that were hung low over the bed, which were awkward and a potential safety hazard.
A Short but Absolutely Delightful Stay at an Exceptional Boutique Hotel
Liked: What I loved most about my stay was the exceptional attention and genuine kindness of the staff, who truly make all the difference. A beautiful boutique hotel, thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained, with attention to every little detail. Peaceful, comfortable, and perfectly located. Everything was absolutely delightful. A truly wonderful experience!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect!
The people who work there go above and beyond; we really appreciated all of their help!
Liked: Unique and lovely decor, beautiful setting
Disliked: There is a strong smell of incense in the room and throughout the building that can be overwhelming
Liked: The staff is super nice and helpful with anything that comes up. The location is not bad as well. The room is very clean and organized
Disliked: Parking had some issues. Sometimes the parking spot was taken and we had to wait/park in front of the hotel until the car moved. The staff were super helpful regarding it though
