Exceptional
Liked: Everything is really comfortable with good furniture and equipment
Lovely stay, will for sure return!
Liked: The location is wonderful, a residential location with no noise whatsoever. André, our host, was lovely and so communicative, offering fresh fruits and produce to welcome us, and anything else we might need. There's a very small entrance garden in front, that goes to the street that is lovely and the house is wonderfully well taken care of and even though small it was very well organised to have everything you need. Wonderfully equipped and comfortable, and I ABSOLUTELY loved that each stay will lead to an endemic natural tree species donation in your name. This was such a beautiful surprise and I love that the hosts want to contribute to such a wonderful cause and make the clients be a part of that, too, simply by staying for a night or more.
Disliked: For us it was not a problem at all, as we are young, but for senior people the access to the bed might be tricky with a very steep flight of stairs.
Very nice modern place close to Angra, but quieter
Liked: Quiet neighborhood with easy parking. Nice clean facilities with everything you need. Voice activated lights and AC a real plus, especially when you are up in the loft. Sitting area outside is a great place to drink your morning espresso.
Disliked: Steps to loft are a little steep.
Perfect base station for exploring Terceira
Liked: Very comfortable spot with everything you need. Free parking in front of the house, plenty of kitching gear, cozy couch and smart TV to also unwind after long days of exploring the Island. Within 10 minutes walking there is a swimming spot. Same for a grocery store.
Disliked: Payment didn't go via Booking so a banktransfer was needed. Technically all okay, but wanted to do a bit more research on the host to feel comfortable. All was fine in the end:)
Ideal accommodation for couple with above standard kitchen. André, the owner, very proactively cared about our best feel
Liked: Convenience and full equipment in modern style. Everything is brand new
Disliked: All good, nothing to mentioned
Nice, modern and clean little appartement with everything you need for a few days
Liked: The place and very nice and complete
Disliked: The stair to the bed is very steep and scary at night, not really nice for older people and upstairs by the bed is warm, it would be better to put the airco higher at the level of the bed.
