  Very disapointing!!

  Liked: Location

Disliked: The hosts misinformed us regarding the wheelchair access. The ramps were too steep to push or wheel up. Also too steep for crutches. There were no dropped curbs from the ramp to the path and no dropped curb from the path to the car park. My daughter had to use the patio door which had access onto uneven grass. She had to walk close to the wall with her crutches incase she fell. We informed booking.com as soon as we arrived. We also informed the owners who told us "someone else with a wheelchair used that property and they managed." If We had not arranged to meet friends from England in the area I would have packed up and left as my daughter was so upset that she didn't get to go out as much as she had hoped. Despite emailing booking.com and the owners several times we have had no response other than the above comment by the owner. Both have made no effort to appologies or offer any compensation for a very dissapointing stay. I have video's showing the gradient etc but this website is not allowing me to upload them.
