  Would not book it again

  Liked: The central location directly at the ocean.

  Disliked: The apartment is located in a condominium complex which is older. The whole complex is very badly soundproofed. The neighbors are showering in the middle of the night for hours, moving their furniture for couple of hours during the night. Each time someone is going to toilet it is very loud when the water flushes. TVs are running the whole night in other apartments and it sounds like it’s right next to you. We stayed for 6 nights and not a single one was quiet, always something loud. And by the way, we are mid 30 age and not really critical normally. Also disappointed that nothing beside of salt was in the kitchen. No pepper not a little bit of oil. No tissues no kitchen towels no other herbs from former guests. Nothing! The streetdoor should be repaired as well. Was always open. And please don’t call the balcony a balcony.

  Liked: My previous booking was bad behave with me and not let me in. And i like when I booked soon as possible I rebook then I got the pe na areia I was talk with the female so nice behave and she told get in house first then you give the identity, that time I was so happy because I do not wait in out side,

  Disliked: The previous one they don't know how to behave with customers 😒 I was so sad, and that time was nearly night time where I was should be go, and in the meantime I got this booking found pe na areia. And I been from UK to portugal

  Good location, close to beach, promenade and restaurants

  Liked: Everything. Very nice, spacious, comfortable apartment. Lovely bedding. Fully equipped kitchen. Home from home.

  We enjoyed our stay in Armacao de Pera and the apartment is ideally located for a short break

  Liked: Location good for restaurants and beach. Good sized apartment. Vey clean and well equipped. Ideal for us as an older couple wanting an early or late summer break, probably too noisy peak season.

  Disliked: A little ‘tired and dated’. Needs refreshing and refurbishment of bathroom. We had problems contacting the owner to obtain keys and finding apartment but believe the agent was on holiday so probably unusual. Owner very pleasant and helpful.

  Amazing stay!

  Liked: It's a lovely apartment, very organised, clean with everything we needed. Location is fantastic, a very short walk from the beach, the main street, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets bars close by.
