  Clean property for a short stay

  Liked: Convenient parking and clean.

  Disliked: I thought it’s a walkable distance from the beach, but in the heat it’s not very walkable. And the beach is too crowded,so if you have a rental vehicle-just go to other beaches.Fan over the stove didn’t work and one of the pans was scratched all over-not safe to cook on and eat from it.

  Brilliant flat in a great location!

  Liked: Lovely clean, spacious flat, with large balcony overlooking the pool and sea in the distance. Had everything we needed (except bin bags, washing tablets, dish cloth and washing up liquid - but not a problem to buy small items from local shop 5 minutes walk away). Lovely sizeable (shared but private to the local flats) swimming pool, with separate small shallow pool for little ones. Both carefully cleaned daily first thing in the morning. Reception staff were very friendly, great communication, left a key for us in the key safe, as we arrived very late. 5 minutes walk to two amazing beaches with cafes and eateries there/on the way. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Intermarche supermarket too.

  Disliked: Small single bed for 3rd person in our trio to use in the lounge, larger teen or adult might have struggled size wise. No oven (though hob and microwave useful).

  Not the main building photo!

  Liked: The location is great, close to the beach.

  Disliked: No proper balcony because it was all enclosed, also very noisy between apartments, noise from people constantly moving furniture and main door to the building is right next to the apartment so very loud banging from closing the door. Another thing is that the main photo to the apartment is not correct, which makes it misleading. So be careful because the modern look of the building in the photo it is not where you are staying. The apartment is in a outdated look building next to it!

  Do not stay here unless you fancy paying for a bush tucker trial

  Liked: The accommodation was a short walk from a nice beach.

  Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE. Please see attached photos. By the middle of the first day there, the lobby was INFESTED with mosquitoes. It wasn’t great but we dealt with it as best we could. This is partly because they keep the doors to the building open all day. The issue is that when we returned late on the first night and had to enter our room, despite us closing the door as fast as we could, a SWARM followed us into our room and for the rest of the night we had to contend with them. Not only that, but the bathroom was INFESTED with ants! It was so bad we had to leave a night early. When we showed the staff our photo evidence, they were very rude and we were told that “this is normal for hot countries” and “we shouldn’t have opened the door” (not quite sure how they expected us to get in). I asked for a refund but they refused and offered no attempt to mitigate the issue. We have stayed in many hot places and many accommodations, even 2 more on our stay in Portugal, but we have NEVER EVER seen mosquito infestations like this, and the staff just don’t seem to care. The bare minimum such as closed doors and mosquito nets are not met and they expect their guests to just deal with sharing a room with hundreds of other visitors. I would not stay here again if they paid me.
