Exceptional
Liked: We have been to Armação de Pêra previously and loved the location. This time round, there was a lot more construction work ongoing and the whole area was very noisy. The good thing about Carlos' apartment was that once you shut the doors and windows, the apartment was very sound proof and shut out the noise effectively. The apartment had everything we needed and Carlos even provided a bottle of wine and lots of fruit, thank you!

Liked: It’s very spacious and with good location.
Disliked: I like everything.
Liked: setup is great with a lot of amenities and options. Very nice apartment with duplex option. Also very clean with full set up of the kitchen. Area wise quite close proximity to beach, supermarket, restaurants. Great atmosphere in the promenade.
Liked: Excellent location for a base for our family of five while we visited Grandparents who live nearby. Very well equipped and lovely little extras like fresh fruit, teabags and a bottle of wine. Very clean and enjoyed having proper duvets as not all places have this! Super friendly and helpful messages from host before stay. Welcoming party were very friendly but their English was a little limited (and our Portuguese also!) which meant asking questions was tricky. Garage is very tight as others have said but manageable. Overall a wonderful stay and we would definitely return next time we are visiting, thank you!

Great location, very comfortable
Liked: The property was close to the beach and town centre. It had great kitchen with everything you could need including an air fryer, toaster, coffee machine. Hot water was brilliant, great shower.
Disliked: We went in January so would have liked more sun on the balcony. Not an issue in the summer & the balcony was big & great for outdoor eating.
