Fabulous
Liked: #1 Location — close to the city center. #2 Quiet. #3 No problems with the water: good pressure and enough hot water for two people. #4 Responsive host: quickly issued the invoice on my request. #5 Nice interior design.
Disliked: #1 Dirt: 1) As soon as we checked in, we found someone else’s black hair on the bathroom floor and in the drawers. 2) Dirty fabric storage boxes under the TV. 3) Dirty, rusty dishes. 4) Mold in the shower. 5) Dirty towels on the sink: one of them was smeared with paint, and there was someone else’s hair on the other. #2 Lighting: one of the bulbs closer to the toilet flickered annoyingly. #3 Smell of dampness at the entrance to the building and in the apartment itself. They try to cover it up with an excessive amount of air fresheners, making it impossible to breathe. #4 The towels are very thin and cheap - not enough to dry your whole body properly. The towels also do not dry. #5 The view from the windows is awful - onto the ground floor and a neighboring half-rotten building completely covered in graffiti. #6 The window handles are rusty and loose. #7 The apartment itself looks a bit worn out. The furniture and sills - basically everything wooden - are slightly swollen from moisture. The white furniture and doors are yellowed and scuffed in places. #8 The pillows are uncomfortable - my neck hurt after sleeping on them, although the mattress itself was fairly good.

Liked: 🌟 Wonderful Stay at CityVenice Apartment – Highly Recommended! 🌟 We had a fantastic stay at the CityVenice apartment and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Aveiro! Location – unbeatable. Right in the heart of the city, just steps from the canal and surrounded by charming streets, restaurants, and shops. Everything is within walking distance, yet the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Interior – beautifully decorated, modern, and spotlessly clean. The space feels welcoming and thoughtfully arranged, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and efficient air conditioning – perfect for both short and longer stays. Host communication – excellent. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and would love to return on our next visit to Aveiro!
