  Liked: Great location. Nearby are Pingodos, the train station, and the city center with the river and boats. The apartment is quiet, has everything you need for living and a very comfortable bed.

  Terrible check-in experience, okay apartment

  Liked: It was spacious, there was enough storage space. The balcony was cute if it wasnt for the construction site near 😅 The kitchen didn’t have salt, nor oil, but otherwise most necessary kitchenware.

  Disliked: It served its purpose (last minute one-night stay) but it really needs some maintenance and more thorough cleaning. We arrived at 20h, sent a message many hours before, without any answer from the host. For half an hour we couldnt reach anyone (calling the phone linked here), so we ended up calling the Booking.com customer service. The person there was nice but it took a long time before we could speak with someone and eventually he managed to reach the host. They gave us the code eventually, but the code machine at the door was broken. So we got in with some other people.. since then everything was ok, but the check-in experience left us with a bitter taste.

  Average, could be so much better if they change the wear and tear

  Liked: Location was good and quiet. I really wanted to love it, as it looks so modern. I bet a few years ago it was great but now wear and tear visible in many areas and leaves a bit of an unclean overall feel (the cleaning itself was good though).

  Disliked: The heavy wear and tear on appliances and eg the shower area. The extra bed blanket was with stains 😩 No contact on messages send before arrival on booking com app. Only via phone call.
