Exceptional
Very well equipped apartment, 10-15 mins walk from the centre
Liked: The balcony runs in front of both sets of patio doors, there are actually 2 layers of doors and the doors are darkened glass, this worked so well to keep the heat out. It’s fantastic to have a supermarket on site. We really enjoyed walking along the canal into the centre of town. Owner was very helpful in providing a comprehensive introduction to the apartment.
Disliked: It is just luck if there is a parking space in the apartment block car park, if not, there is on street parking and a car park in front of the apartment.
Perfect location to enjoy different experiences!
Liked: The location was perfect! We wanted to be close to both the train station to do day trips - such as porto and coimbra - but also be close to the old town to enjoy the charm of aveiro. And having a grocery store at hand was also very convenient!
Disliked: We were very happy!
Liked: Apartment is really close to Centre of city, there are parking species just outside the building. Apartment itself is really spacious and clean it does have everything one need. And last but definetely not least there is full size grocery store on the ground floor of building.
The excellent stay in Aveiro with the warmest hosts and an ideal location
Liked: The hosts, Helder and Dulce, personally greeted us for both check-in and check-out, taking great care of everything and making us feel so warmly welcomed. On the day of our arrival, an unexpected situation arose, causing me to repeatedly delay our check-in time until late in the evening. Despite this, they were incredibly understanding and welcomed us with nothing but kindness. Above all, the location of the property is absolutely perfect. The city center is just a 10 to 15-minute walk away, and the train station is right next door. Parking was also very convenient as there is a designated private parking area for the apartment. Thanks to this wonderful stay, we were able to experience the charm of Aveiro to the fullest!

Wonderful apartment in great location!
Liked: The owners, Helder and Dulce, were very responsive, both before and during our stay. They did an amazing job in making this apartment very comfortable. It is clear they really care about making this a beautiful place. Everything has been done tastefully down to the smallest of details. They were very helpful with suggestions of things to do and restaurant recommendations. The bathroom was great, excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable bed. It was nice to have a terrace. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the microwave to heat up leftovers. The location is terrific, very close to both the train station and the bus station. And it’s just a short walk into the center of town along the canals. The apartment was also very quiet with double sliding doors to the terrace and blackout curtains that made it nice and dark for sleeping. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage on our last day until we left in the early afternoon. We’ll go back if we’re ever in Aveiro again. Highly recommended!
