Fabulous
Liked: The staff went out of their way for us. They were kind, courteous and the apartment was nice.
Disliked: We mistook the listing as a one bedroom, not a estúdio. This was our mistake but others may make it.
Liked: The apartment was very well equipped. Safe parking space.
Disliked: Slightly further out than I expected, but still walkable to the main tourist areas.
Aveiro was not quite the experience i expected, Worth one short visit perhaps
Liked: The room was what it said on the tin, clean and functional but on the small side. A 2 night stay was enough. Very good and secure off street parking included in the price.
Disliked: First time i have been to Aveiro. It was ok i suppose but i don,t think i will go back. It classes itself as the Venice of Portugal but a couple of canals and a dozen gondola's don't really win that argument.
Too.many minus factors
Liked: It's close enough to the main sights and downtown (15min walk), supermarkets and shops very close by
Disliked: Overall a bit small and crammed. There are no towel hangers - apparently we should hang them on some wooden stands, which are already very moldy. There seems to be mold in the bathroom in general. The sleeping sofa looked dirty, maybe it was also mold. The towels were very flimsy/ thin. Also needs a new pan, it's very scratched. The communication with the owner was bad - no response via B. as well as WA, then also claimed that my request was not understood. We were also not allowed to keep using the parking because the cleaning lady supposedly needed it. We would.not return.
Liked: Location and parking facility was great.
Disliked: The room wasn't the best! One broker door to the balcony. The bathroom had a bad odor and overall the room needs some upgrades to make it better. However, for the price and for one night it was ok.
Would stay there again for sure
Liked: Great communication. Loved the location, quite, safe, just outside the main areas so easy to get everywhere.
Disliked: it was all good.
