Don’t think twice- just stay here!
Liked: Everything was wonderful. It’s a beautiful hotel with a lobby and the rooms are well appointed with water and fridge and good size bathroom. The staff is wonderfully helpful. And the breakfast was a lovely spread. Location is right across the canal
Disliked: Nothing at all. I would highly recommended it without hesitation.
Liked: The room was large and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We requested a back facing room but were put in a front facing room that was directly over the entrance and was noisy all night. It did have a nice view of the canal but it was hardly worth it for the noise disturbance.
Liked: Great location, nice room with plenty of cupboards. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Everything was good.
Liked: Very kind and professional staff. The upgrade of the room offered by the hotel at no cost, was excellent!!. Location: quiet even being in the city center.
Disliked: Everything was perfect, just as a suggestion: natural orange juice in the breakfast.
This is THE place to stay if you want to be in the middle of the Aveiro action!
Liked: Great location across the street from the canal with all the boats. Plenty of shops, restaurants, etc all within walking distance. The AVEIRO sign for obligatory photos is right across the street. Room was great, especially the balcony. The bar was cozy. Breakfast was good. Maybe a 10-20 minute Bolt/Uber ride to the unique city of Costa Nova where you'll find the houses painted with vertical stripes.
Disliked: The shower had half a door, which is somewhat normal for some European hotels, but this one was poorly designed so trying to keep water off the floor was an amusing challenge. That wouldn't keep me from staying there again but it's why I didn't give this one a 10.
Good stay in a well located and comfortable hotel
Liked: Convenient and well located. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of bath towels
Disliked: The staff is professional but lacks of warm welcoming attitude and not proactive

Please note that construction work is going on in front of the hotel and that may cause some inconvenience in terms of parking, noise and a limited view of the Central Canal of the Ria de Aveiro.
