  Peaceful and perfect for exploring nature and the gorgeous downtown of Aveiro

  Liked: It was perfect for exploring the salt flats around Aveiro and birdwatching. They provided bicycles which was our favourite part of the vacation because we went for a few long bike rides along the trails which are a short distance from the property. During our stay the cleaner came by and oiled the chains on the bikes which was lovely even though it wasn't necessarily needed. They provided bike locks and a bicycle pump too and the bikes had baskets or panniers so you could bring food, binoculars etc. It was peaceful because of the location. There was a modern cafe/bar a short distance away. The air conditioning was useful and the beds were very comfortable. The area outside was a lovely place to relax, even if it had rained because it has a roof. We spent time there reading books and relaxing. It is walkable into town but we mostly took Ubers because they only cost a few Euros.

  Disliked: Nothing. We chose the location to be close to the nature reserve and the bike trail and because it would be away from the noise of the other tourists. But it is also a short distance by Uber into town.

  Great location near the nature reserve

  Liked: Great location near the nature reserve! We enjoyed food and wine outside on the covered patio.

  Disliked: There was a washing machine, but no detergent to wash clothes or rack to dry them. No olive oil for cooking. Dirty toaster oven.

  Liked: Spacious, great welcome basket, large refrigerator and great with bikes

  Disliked: For two nights needed more toilet paper. Also would have been nice to have salt, pepper, and cooking oil.
