Lovely stay and great communication from the owner
Liked: Beautiful apartment
In the heart of the city and close to everything
Liked: Clean and neat. David is very nice and left us comfortable with the instructions given. Place is cozy and fits perfectly for a couple. We stood one night but could have been more. Private parking is also nice.
Disliked: Mattress is a bit too soft and “bumpy”, but that is a personal taste.

Liked: It's a cosy apartment in modern building with parking place. Everything was very well explained on WhatsApp by the host and we have no problems to self check in and check out. The room is very well decorated. The host had tried to create a very pleasant atmosphere - the towels were folded like swans, the blankets were in the shape of roses and even the toilet paper was in the shape of a rose. The place is extremely clean and pleasant and there is a very nice little terrace with chairs and a table where you can drink coffee and smokers can smoke.

Liked: The key was conveniently available in the mailbox, and although the owner could not be present in person, he sent clear instructions by message for collecting it, which worked perfectly. The room was superbly clean and very nicely decorated. It looked exactly the same as in the photos — even the decoration of the towels and toilet paper matched, which showed the owner’s attention to detail and artistic sense. The space had a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
Disliked: The only downside was the extra bed (sofa bed), which was not very comfortable. My little son slept on it and complained about the comfort.
Liked: Clean, cozy, modern, and comfortable tiny studio near the Aveiro train station, about a 15-minutes walk to the city center and canals. Helpful and friendly owner. The building has private parking with a barrier (we had no problem finding a free parking space there). Usually, there are also free parking spaces on the street nearby. The Pingo Doce supermarket is very close, practically downstairs on the other side of the building.
Liked: A modern building with a supermarket nearby, a gym and a lobby area. Filter coffee maker and decent coffee.
Disliked: There is no heating in the apartment, even though the nighttime temperature dropped to +4°C. When I asked the host to provide a portable heater, my request was refused. This was by far the worst surprise I had when booking an apartment during my trip to Portugal. The towels were gray, damp, and clearly overused. There were visible traces of mold in the shower cabin. It was pretty noisy at night because of passing trains, as the balcony overlooks the railway tracks.
