A very decent cosy well-equipped studio in Aveiro city centre

Liked: Location Easy check-in and check-out Space Windows Kitchenette Bathroom Sockets

Disliked: Could be a bit noisy as the windows face the busy street but it didn't bother me at all. Not quite got the sense of blinking bedside lamps but it's just a non-important detail.

Disliked: The luggage storage service was not available, and that itself was not a problem for me. What was disappointing was the lack of communication. I messaged the host several times to simply ask whether I could leave my luggage before check-in, but my messages were repeatedly ignored. After several follow-ups, I was eventually told that it would “depend on the cleaning process,” which was not a clear answer to a simple question about luggage storage. I didn’t mind if luggage storage was unavailable. A simple reply saying “Sorry, luggage storage is not available” would have been perfectly fine. More importantly, I did not receive the check-in access code until right before check-in time(3pm), and only after I contacted Booking.com for assistance. The issue was not the luggage storage itself, but the poor communication and disorganized operation. This made the check-in process unnecessarily stressful.
