Very nice and friendly welcome and help:)
Disliked: Difficult to Carry Heavy suitcases to Upper floors wirhout elevator, but I got help!
Liked: Hotel in the city centre. Very helpful staff. They arranged earlier breakfast on the last day (I have asked). The breakfast is very simple, not many choices. Only you can hear neighbours sometimes.
Nice simple stay
Liked: Room was clean and quiet, breakfast was nice. Easy check in check out.
Disliked: It was surprisingly cold in the morning hours (October), and although there was an additional blanket - it wasn't enough.
Liked: Staff very kind, helpful and very flexible to fulfil our requests.

Liked: The hotel is very centrally located. It was quiet and clean with an excellent breakfast. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful.
Liked: The hotel is quirky, with a great location. You can sit outside in comfy chairs on the cobbled (pedestrianised) street. But the biggest asset the hotel has are it's staff. The two ladies on reception were friendly, empathetic and exceptionally helpful. Thoroughly recommend.

Please note that Hotel Bejense is located in the pedestrian street in the heart of the city. Access is restricted. In case guests cannot carry their luggage to the Hotel, then the car access is made by the Vale Street.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
