Liked: It was very clean. We were allowed to park our motorcycle in the secure drive. Not too far to walk into Braga. Owner got up to let us out of drive.
Disliked: Hard pillows. A few mistakes although rectified quickly. Said private bathroom but it was from a public area not en suite. My mistakeI mis interpreted that.
Disliked: the landlady could be a little nicer.

Disliked: After making an initial booking, I contacted the hotel to extend our stay. The arrangement was confirmed and the record of the whole conversation is on booking dot com platform. Before our stay, the hotel sent a message which only confirmed 1 night of accommodation. I messaged the hotel to ask them to review their response and confirm our extended booking. They were adamant they only had 1 night reserved even though the whole arrangement was 1 scroll up in the chat. I asked them to review the chat, and then also phoned, explaining they confirmed the extension months ago. They were insistent that I was incorrect. Eventually they agreed to go check and then contact me again. Hours passed and we were 90min from arriving in Braga. I had to book new accommodation at a last minute premium and then sent a free cancelation request to AM Residence. 40min later they sent a message to say they actually did have the extension on record but we would have to stay in different rooms each night. I explained that I had to make a different arrangement and would not be checking in with them. They did not honour my free cancelation request. I advise anyone considering this hotel to avoid it. The most frustrating part was to try and convince them to just scroll up 5 lines in the chat to read their own booking confirmation. The next morning they sent a message to ask if I enjoyed my stay at their hotel. What a joke.

Liked: Great last minute find for an overnight stay in Braga, lovely house with clean big rooms & bathroom and nice garden with a pool!
