  Excellent character apartment

  Liked: Incredible very large comfortable and well equipped private ground floor apartment with a terrace and a nice view. This really is an apartment bursting with character and charm. Host was excellent throughout, kept in touch without being intrusive, gave loads of useful information and provided a range of welcome provisions which were much appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Casa do Alto as a great place to stay.

  I would recommend to add simple map with local crossroads how to get to the right gate:-)

  An amazing place to “be”!

  Liked: The apartment is amazing! It is huge, and located on a beautiful private estate, with a pool, an orchard, and an amazing view.

  We enjoyed our time there very much

  Liked: Property is high above a very winding narrow road, and the views from the terrace beautiful. The ancient house is a renovated rustic stone building with a lot of charm and interesting varied decor. The pool, which was down a short hill, was wonderful.

  Disliked: Advertising listed 2 bathrooms, which was misleading, as only one had a toilet.
