A gem in the heart of Braga!

Liked: I requested an earlier check-in time. The Owner responded quickly and exceeded our expectations of an early check-in time. The room was ready and in pristine condition. A beautiful building with quick access to the historic centre. We wished we stayed longer!

Disliked: The mattress and pillows could be of higher quality (my friend and I both slept poorly the two nights) however the room, building and location exceeded our expectations. I would still book again!

  Quiet & enjoyable

Liked: Room: "Quarto Encarnado". Very spacious airy varnished-wood-floored room, tastefully decorated. Located in an old house, so not a typical modern formulaic hotel room. Bathroom not en-suite, but situated close to the room with exclusive use. Located on the top floor of the building so excellent for cardiovascular exercise as access is by staircase only. Location of the accommodation was perfect, close to the old centre of Braga. Online check-in was fairly easy to negotiate. Instructions for access by email. Keys kept in key-safes.

  Disliked: Nothing.

  Incredible location to see Braga

Liked: The location was ideal. It’s just outside the archway into the old town (2 minute walk) and very quiet. Comfortable room too.

Disliked: Its a bit more f a hike up stairs to get to it. It wasn’t bad, but if you don’t do stairs, this might not be the best room. The property also had another room on the first floor, though.

Liked: Gorgeous room, very comfortable bed. Never slept so well while traveling.

Disliked: Bathroom was gorgeous but very warm, I wish there was a mirror in the bedroom because getting ready in the bathroom was nearly unbearable.
