  horrible

  Disliked: it was so bad that I prefered to book another bedroom in another hotel 2 minutes after arriving to the property. it is really bad. i left the property

  Comfortable stay and friendly staff

  Liked: I really loved how friendly and helpful the staff was. I felt very welcomed by their care. The hotel is also inside the beautiful monastery, and the chapel was magical.

  Disliked: Perhaps the room could be a bit better. The beds had light covers, and I had to put the covers of both twin beds together to feel warm. The duvets were in the drawer, and they didn't have covers, and I didn't feel compelled to use them. The quality of the room was ok, it was functional.

  Great potential

  Liked: The location in a monastery guesthouse.

  Disliked: Several fire code violations, very little fresh air, just stagnant air. Bookings shows having air conditioning. When I showed that to the clerk, he just replied "um, no."
