Liked: The location was perfect right in the middle of the city, it was close to the Braga Parque mall. The room was in a very good condition, the bed was comfy the room and the common bathroom were clean, no noise at night. It was a bit hot in the room but there were 2 fans that during the day were a really big help. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Disliked: An AC would have made the whole staying better, but except that I don't have nothing to complain about.

  Quite convenient

Liked: The location. Not the most central but convenient enough, and away from the agitation of more "central" locations. The design. Modern but warm enough, good style, balanced. Nice choice of pictures on the walls. The balcony. Nice view on the street. Ready response to a message I sent over WhatsApp.

Disliked: A few shortcomings, all of them (hopefully) temporary: the lift was off (it's three storeys), my bedroom door had a lock needing fixing and a loose knob, the safety tape outlining a treacherous step in the hall was worn out (so that no warning was there, and it should).

  Liked: Good location

Disliked: A lot of noise from neighbours and other guests. Too high pillows. Couldn't sleep well. Expected much better experience given the price.
