  I DID NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked: I did not stay at the property! After I had arrived, I found that the property did not meet our expectations and I informed the man at the reception that I was not going to stay and if it was possible to cancel the following day since we decided to continue driving towards Lisboa. He said that in order to receive a refund I needed to request it through Booking.com and if they sent the request to him he would authorize it. I tried it with your company and you did not approve it. I AM REQUESTING RIGHT NOW THAT YOU AND ANYBODY IN YOUR COMPANY STOP SENDING ME ANY MESSAGES. I DO NOT WANT TO MAKE ANY RESERVATIONS THROUGH YOU EVER!!!

  Disliked: NOTHING

Liked: Couldn't get any closer to the bus station if we tried. Easy access to the rooms and not too far from downtown.

Disliked: The only issue was a noisy neighbour who came in very late and we could hear them through our ear plugs.

  It was great

Liked: Price and location. Good beds Nice people attending. Clean and beautiful place.

Disliked: We would add a cutting board in the kitchenette. We would recommend to have a room to lock the luggage for after checkout.

  Really efficient, perfectly nice

Liked: As we were leaving on a RedeExpresso the next morning, location was terrific. Staff was super, very nice, offered great suggestions for dinner and breakfast. Liked having a kitchen with laundry available, as well as a rooftop outside the kitchen.

  Disliked: Traffic noise.
