Liked: Spacious and equipped with all the amenities needed for a one-week stay, especially a well-equipped kitchen, an iron, and an ironing board.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit made an annoying noise every few minutes, and the moisture it extracted was released back into the room. The wall beneath the unit showed signs of dampness and mold, while the electrical outlet directly below it appeared somewhat exposed, raising potential safety concerns.

Disliked: The apartment is dirty. We had to clean even fridge before putting our foods inside. Also toiletpaper had dirty fingerprints on it. The daily cleaning of the room is promised, but the housekeepers did not take out even trash. Instead, they did ask to come to room to look something in the closets. The apartment is in centre of the city, but the noise from outside is unbearable. You need earplugs to sleep. I must also warn to mistakely not to leave anything behind after check-out, it will be stolen. We were in a hurry and I left my jacket and two scarfs in the room. I contacted the customer service in the same day about it, and they answered to look in to it. I did not hear anything from them and I asked again after few days. They were still looking in to it and promised to contact us. I did not hear from them anymore again. There are plenty of accomodation choices in Coimbra and I recommend to try some other place than these accomodations of this company.

Loved the building and the light in large windows
Liked: Did not get breakfast option... did have small kitchen area no kitchen towels to clean up & dry dishes very small cups Cleaning ladies did not replenish coffee pods... small things but inconviences
Disliked: Construction at building site on corner very loud.... people having loud groups till four in morning Loud door closing each time used possibly use a door closure device Difficult to contact staff related to wi-fi issues in the end able to get assistance very kind person
Excellent communication with a very nice lady representing Purus
Liked: We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay in our apartment. Everything fitted the description perfectly. With the addition of complimentary tea and coffee pods and also sugar. The beautiful high ceilings and the way the property maintained its character whilst keeping it up to date.
Disliked: The unavoidable sound of the outside door closing as other guests came in at night, due mainly to the beautiful high ceilings in the property.
