  It was okay

  Liked: bad and bathroom was okay inside looked nice

  Disliked: - difficult access as the street (the narrow ally) was rebuilt - sound from outside could not be blocked, students were celebrating, and this kept me awake

  Disliked: Mattresses dead, bad sleep, Room never got provided shower gel despite asking for 3 days, Room, despite being no smoking, was smelling cold tobacco Coffee pods were provided, however not to the standard of the machine in the room...

  Look elsewhere- very disappointing and pleased to leave

  Liked: The aspect over the cathedral bell tower was unique. The apartment was spacious for a studio

  Disliked: The entrance and lane way was not welcoming and felt like mini Beirut with broken cobble stones, graffiti, holes in the ground etc. may prove difficult for some people to walk on and certainly can’t drag a bag through. the bed is uncomfortable, hard and not well put together as a double. There is a lack of items in kitchen, no cloth, no milk, a coffee machine that we couldn’t get to work and leaked. Would not recommend this property and never stay here again

  Disliked: Do NOT expect a warm welcome! There was no stay. I had been on vacation in Figueira da Foz when I booked, and most of my time in Figueira was spent emailing and calling the hotel to try to get the entrance code. I got to Coimbra about 6:30 on the bus. While traveling I had no internet access, and had told your operator that. I had explained by email and phone (whenever someone answered) that I would not have internet. At 6:30 I checked my email one last time, and still no code. I got an Uber and went to my home about 30 minutes away. I had a day planned in Coimbra the next day but had no code to get into the hotel room I paid for. The next morning I found out that the code had been sent to Booking.com, or so they said. I communicated with reference phone# and from my eromnud email. I really would like a refund. I am 74 years old and have never experienced this type of hotel misservice. Most of my day was spent worrying whether I could get into the hotel! It showed me that customer service should not be left to computers!

  Liked: Beds comfortable, spacious rooms. We were able to talk to someone when we could not access property, and owner called us to sort out cleanliness of rooms and did upgrade one room to a better room to compensate for.issues and we are grateful for that.

  Disliked: Late checkin (4pm) and rooms not yet cleaned from previous guests. We had to wait until 5pm while cleaners prepared rooms. One room smelt of cigarette smoke. TV did not work in one room. Split system AC did not work in other room. No soap on vanity bench. No dish cloths in kitchens. Access extremely steep cobbled path in bad condition.
