Liked: Good location
Disliked: The air conditioning wasn't working properly for a few hours
Disliked: I did not like that there were ants on the floor and then there were ants in my bed as well as ants on the desk so that grossed me out
Extremely disappointed
Liked: The location, the nice staff that we actually saw in person (Reception clerk and a couple of cleaning ladies).
Disliked: From the moment we checked-in, the bathroom had a constant, noisy leak, and it was reported immediately. We were told it would be taken care of as soon as possible. We had a 7-night reservation, and still, after 4 nights, it was still not repaired, seriously affecting our sleep quality. Also on day 4, I reported to the hotel that the room had not once been cleaned, or our towels changed, since we were told that this would be done every 2 days. On night 3 there was a power outage for all the A/C units on our floor (3rd floor), so we had to sleep in July's heat with the window open, and the bathroom water leak running non-stop. The A/C was fixed the following day. Every day, I would write to ask about the bathroom leak problem and, several times, I asked for a room change. First, they would not even respond to my request for a room change, after writing every day, asking when the problem would be solved. But after I insisted, they responded saying they couldn't change our room because there were none available, until Sunday, our 6th night. So, we finally got a new ("Free upgrade" room, they said) at no extra cost, for our 2 remaining nights (out of 7). We saw a washing machine icon on the Booking listing, which was part of the reason we booked this hotel. However, when we tried to use it we found it locked with a padlock, so nobody can use it. When I inquired about this, I was told that other guests had misused the washer and now it made a lot of noise and disrupted the peace of their guests. They suggested we use a local laundromat. The hair dryer did not work, and none was furnished for the upgrade room we were given for our last 2 nights.

If you are not planning to sleep at night. It is a perfect hotel
Liked: everything is clean and nice for a 3 star hotel.
Disliked: if any problem occurs there is no one at the hotel. There is a club at the bottom and even though hotel gave me 2nd floor. I could still feel the vibrations of the speakers and music at the club
Amazing place
Liked: Very clean, organised, well equipped, excellent staff and practical.
Disliked: Climb stairs to the 3rd floor. But I took it as my daily exercise 😊
