  Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Close to local businesses.

  Disliked: Bathroom impossibly small for a larger/taller person. Mattress very uncomfortable. So many stairs!!!!!!

  Disliked: I did it, don't you do it. It's called a hotel but it's more of a hostel. It definitely doesn't deserve 3 stars. The room and bathroom are quite cramped. The bathroom and beds are old. We didn't want to use the bathroom to shower. The bed makes a lot of noise.

  Kindness and helpfulness in the center of Coimbra

  Liked: Otis was incredibly kind, and the entire team was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. During our trip, we unfortunately had some health issues and needed to extend our stay last minute. They immediately took action to help us and were incredibly accommodating and supportive.The property is simple but very cozy and equipped with everything you need. Plus, the location is perfect—right next to the bus stops and a supermarket. Thank you so much, Otis, for everything! We will definitely be back.
