Good
Liked: great location except for parking and driving around which was tricky. The rooms were both cute, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equiped for a short stay.
Disliked: Communication with the host and amenities: it is weird not to have more than half a roll of paper and not rush to help when we ask for it. Additionally, cleaning could be a bit more thorough.

Nice stay in Coimbra
Liked: Very close to the the city center, all visits could be done walking. The appartement was clean and well equipped. The friendly owner provided us with missing towels and good tip about where to park.
Disliked: We could not get the Wifi to properly work despite several re-start.
If we had not been so tired, we would have enjoyed the location a lot
Liked: We really appreciated and liked he manager on duty. The location was close to a "walking mall" with great shops and sights.
Disliked: How much trouble we had finding the apartment. Also, there was no parking close by. It was a block or so away in a pay for lot. If you were staying multiple day stays the cost to park would be significant. We were there on a Saturday and on the weekend parking was free.
Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The directions link was missing the key detail of street number. (It was 116.) Took a very long time to locate. Once inside, we see a space with literally no closets, no room to open our suitcases except the sofa, an outdated 24" TV (not 'smart' and only poor antenna reception viewable from kitchen chair only), shower and bathroom sink draining poorly (so shallow shower stall would leak onto floor with subsequent mold), poor quality mattress on double bed, no coffee pods yet a single packet of sugar, a filthy unmaintained space serving as the 'terrace', and no remote controls to operate the A/C. Had booked three nights (non-refundable) so contacted host to request a better option and get remotes. Although helpful before arrival, host not helpful and unwilling to refund or relocate us, citing illness. Very poor value, despite the location. Ultimately, refunded a single night but we were not staying regardless. I did not enjoy having to write this review but it is important that others not be deceived. Photos available on request.
