  The night stop was not a good experience for us specialky when you can’t sleep well

  Liked: It looked nice and spacious. We had parking within the property and our host sent us clear instructions on how to access parking

  Disliked: The extra bed was UNSLEEPABLE‼️You could feel the bar of the sofa bed… we had to find extra cushions and stuff. The hostess was not very happy when we inquired about turning AC on? (Electricity cost issues?) The apartment needs to have some small urgent retouching … specially the toilet top….. freezer cleaning etc

  Liked: The owner is great and we had clear and detailed instructions of how to get the keys and use the free parking. It's a really good location, with the center and shops nearby.

  Disliked: Little nuisances: the neighbours have 2 little kids so expect some noise, the AC is only in the bedroom and you have to get your own washing products for the washing machine if you intend to use it. Otherwise the place is great!

  Nice place close to the action in Coimbra

  Liked: This place has plenty of room and the shower and kitchen were good size and plenty of room to move around. Parking garage with elevator service and security door. Black it window shutters.

  Disliked: The refrigerator, specifically the freezer needs cleaned and some of the kitchen supplies need to be updated. The description listed a bathtub but the drain plug doesn't fit the drain so the end result is that there really is no bathtub unless you like to sit in an empty tub with no water which sucks because I specifically list that in my filter so after a good 10-15 mile day walking up and down hills it's nice to have a good soak while sipping on a beer. Get a normal coffee machine that takes coffee pods you can get anywhere not just at Continente. I like my coffee in the a.m. and I could not get to Continente during store hours for 2 days so no coffee.

  Liked: Location, a.c worked well.

  Disliked: The booking showed a staff member would meet you for check in, instead i was sent 20 messages of pictures and videos on whatsapp, 15 minutes before scheduled check in of 4pm and it was all in portugese. I asked for english, and was told to translate it. It is an overwhelming experience trying to find the keys and put in the multiple codes to then find the entrance and get up to the floor of your apartment. I reached out with a question and was completely ignored. The bed felt like plywood and the kitchen stinks of natural gas, the water boiler also constantly trips, leaving you without hot water, I figured out how to reset it, but many people may not find the solution. While the apartment is spacious, it is very outdated. Overall it was a dissapointing experience and i would not recommend staying here.
