Good
Liked: Excellent location and friendly and helpful people.
Liked: Very Clean, both room and shared spaces. Helpful and friendly staff. Good bed with many pillows. Amazing location, with many stores, cafes and things to see literally next door.
Disliked: The plaza can be noisy during the day (people, life music). Internet can be slow at times. The 4 floors of stairs are no joke, you've been warned, still worth it tho.
Great location in centre of downtown Coimbra
Liked: Great location, right on main square Lovely large room with tv and sink and wardrobe space Shared bathroom was no problem, large hot shower The staff are lovely cleaners do a great job so do reception staff, all very pleasant Very happy that they stored my luggage until after I checked out, so grateful
Disliked: The only issue was that there were ants in my bedroom, luckily they didn't come near me or the bed, just stay around some of my food items. There is also no lift, lots of stairs, wasn't an issue for me as I had only a backpack
The location is great, the building has lots of character and the staff super friendly and helpful
Liked: The staff member I interacted with was wonderful!
Disliked: I think the colour scheme of the bedding was not very aesthetic and the overall aesthetics in the room can be improved - like the paint on the woodwork and the coverings on the TV stool. The ensuite was not well placed.
We loved our stay here with our 4 kids. The staff was so kind and welcoming
