Exceptional
Liked: Amazing. Super friendly staff and such a nice place in the heart of the city. I thoroughly enjoyed my night and it was an excellent sleep. Lovely central location right next to the d church
Disliked: No issues
Liked: Location and communication
Disliked: It was quite noisy which was not clear from the description
Liked: The staff was just wonderful and friendly. The room was nice and clean room. I liked the kitchen zone with microwave, fridge and oven. The toilet was always clean. Reasonable price. Perfect location.
Disliked: I had a problem with the lock in my room, and I discovered it too late, when there was nobody to fix it and I couldn't lock my room from inside for the night. Also the shower and toilet are in the same place and it is one for the whole floor. The only way to take it, is to close the whole lavatory. But overall it was not too bad.
Liked: Great choice for an overnight trip. Clean and comfortable and close to the university with a short, but steep walk to the town and river. Fantastic botanical gardens!
Liked: The location was amazing and the reception staff was very helpful. Loved hearing the history of the building
Disliked: No complaints
Wonderful hostel, the perfect base in Coimbra
Liked: The hostel is super well located and the building and facilities are lovely and up to date. The air conditioning in the room was perfect and the showers actually have pressure! The kitchen is well equipped and there are nice common areas to relax at any hour
Disliked: Even after messaging to confirm, the lockers didn’t work (lock broken) but fortunately I had brought a padlock so I could lock my zips shut
