There was no slipper in the room not they provided one. I didn’t know where to find one in the city

Disliked: Scrambled egg was not good. For three days I only ate bread, butter and bad cheese.

The price does not reflect the quality of the service or facilities

  Liked: -

Disliked: The hotel is located on the outskirts of Baixa. While it is conveniently close to many attractions, the surrounding area is not particularly pleasant. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The elevator was not working, the cleanliness was below expectations, and the breakfast was very limited and incomplete. The staff were not particularly welcoming or friendly. Overall, the hotel is far too expensive for what it offers.

Very disappointing. The location was good. There was hot water. The bed was clean

Liked: Everything is tacky. It's in need of a good clean and or a revamp. The bathroom is soooo tired. The hairdryer is on the wall above the toilet! The windows haven't been cleaned in months. The worst 4 star hotel i have ever stayed in.

Disliked: The entrance to the hotel hasn't been properly cleaned in months. The windows are a sight. The breakfast room has chipped cupboards! The lift doesn't work efficiently - you have to fiddle with the switches in order to make it go!
