It’s an accident waiting to happen! Host will ignore you if they forget to put in toilet paper!
Liked: It was close to my bus stop
Disliked: The accommodation was booked specifically for a short overnight stay, as I had an early flight the next morning and needed to leave for an 7:00am bus. Unfortunately, there were several issues during the stay relating to basic hygiene, safety, and maintenance. Firstly, there was no toilet paper provided in the apartment on arrival or during the stay. This is a basic hygiene item that guests reasonably expect to be available. I contacted the host during the stay to report this, but I did not receive any response until the following day, after I had already checked out. After check-out, the host stated that the toilet paper “should have been in the corridor,” however it was not present there at any point during our stay, and this was not communicated in advance. All shops were closed and I couldn’t get any. There were no bath mats, or hand towels. Secondly, when getting out of bed early in the morning to leave for my flight, I hit my head very hard on the low ceiling/roof in the attic bedroom. This caused immediate pain and left a visible mark. The low ceiling clearance was not clearly highlighted or adequately warned about, and this raises a safety concern, particularly for guests waking early, tired, or in low lighting. In addition, one of the dining area chairs was broken and coming away from its hinge, creating a risk that a guest could fall if sitting on it. This represents another safety issue that was present during the stay. Finally, there were very visible stains on the sofa, which gave the impression that the apartment had not been properly checked or maintained prior to our arrival. Because the host only responded after check-out, there was no opportunity to resolve any of these issues during the stay. Taken together, these matters meant the accommodation was not properly equipped, maintained, or presented to a reasonable standard for a short-term stay.

Apartment okay in excelent location
Liked: The apartment is okay, nothing extraordinary, but good value for money specially by it's location. Being on the 4th floor with very steep stairs is not for everyone.

Liked: Location was great and the balcony/living areas were nice
Disliked: Accessibility without a lift was very difficult. The bathroom had a strange drainage smell and it wasn’t fully clean. Also the front door locked itself from the inside and I couldn’t get out - someone on the street had to let me out - this is highly dangerous in case of a fire

Liked: Location superb Santa Cruz Cafe over the road is out of this world beautiful Adequate for needs Keysafe Access worked well
Disliked: The shock of reading that a e300 cash deposit was required re potential damage The bathroom door was hanging off hinges when we arrived and the toilet seat broken.This made access difficult as it was blocking our entrance and exit We took photographs on arrival to prove that this damage had been done PRIOR to our arrival. Fortunately, the owners did not ask for the aforementioned damage so it was not a problem. They should fix these problems though
