  Highly recommended

  Liked: Our trip to Coimbra was not for leisure and unfortunately we had to reschedule the dates twice but they were super understanding and accessible with the change of our dates so the process was super smooth and easy. Regarding the stay, the location is great for those who want to do tourism, very well located, central and close to everything, the accommodation was clean and a very cozy place. It has everything you need in case you need to cook and they provide an extra bed if you need it. Communication is great and it is very easy to check in/check out.

  I would say it was overal good

  Liked: Everything was wel organized. The kitchen was good, I liked that the kitchen the most with everything what I needed in this period.

  Disliked: I was locked in bathroom and couldnt open it by mine own.. So I think its kind of dangerous. Or just a note also to make things clear how the door worked properly. And the flloor makes a lot of noise also from the neighbours.

  I do not recommend it for professional travelers

  Liked: The location was right in the center. Free Wi-Fi. Clean bedsheets.

  Disliked: Stained towels. Difficulties in getting to the right apartment, I received the code of another room which I entered thinking it was my rented room, but it turned out that after a few hours someone else was booked for this room and his code matched the room where I had originally reside. Insufficient explanation from the contact person who was unsympathetic and unhelpful. Apart from that, there is no silence, so if someone comes for professional purposes, I completely advise against it.
