Liked: Our stay was simply top-notch! The communication with Jorge was extremely good—honestly, it was at a level I have never seen before. He was incredibly helpful and responsive. Also, a special thanks to Carlos, who is located close to the apartment; he was great and made our arrival very smooth. The place is so comfy and has all the amenities you could ever need—and I mean really all of them! We were preparing our Christmas dinner there, and it was so easy and enjoyable because the kitchen is perfectly equipped. It really felt like home. The localisation is perfect, right in the heart of the old town of Covilhã. Everything was within reach. We couldn't have asked for a better place for the holidays!
