Liked: The location is good, and the view from the window is beautiful. We couldn't find an iron, but the host responded immediately, and an iron was provided. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee capsules by the machine.

Disliked: I would suggest having some lighter-weight duvets available; it was too hot with the winter ones. There is an issue with parking—if you return after 9:00 PM, you have to look for a spot. The parking is about 150 meters away, on the street next to an apartment building.

  Nice stay

Liked: The host was very friendly and allowed us to check-in a little earlier than the stipulated schedule.

Disliked: The house is not very modern and the rooms are not very spacious. The access is not very easy for people with walking limitations.

  Comfortable, clean, with good facilities

Liked: easy check-in, overall good facilities, beds and towels well made and presented, accommodates pets, excellent communication with host, reasonable price, property in good repair

Disliked: although overall it was very clean, there were a couple of oversights, e.g. a cigarette end on kitchen counter. the WiFi was slightly unreliable and we couldn't get the air conditioner into cool mode as it was locked.

Vacation in Covilha near serra da estrela

Liked: The hotel is near serra da estrela. The house is on 2nd floor, expect a climb up the stairs. The house has heating devices and air-conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with stoves, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kitchen utensils including pots and pans. The place has a great view. Public parking is free on the other side of the street. Good enough to accommodate 5 people. Self checkin and check out

Disliked: 5th person has to use the sofa. No electric kettle, hot water is not hot enough for shower.
