  Liked: The location is amazing, inside the castle walls and the staff were very frindly and helpful. It was also great value for money.

  Disliked: It is an old building so a little noisy - the water running through the pipes and a wooden staircase.

  Excellent hotel, great staff and incredible value for money

  Liked: Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms that were perfect for me and my family. The hotel staff were excellent and even let us check in an hour early even though we didn’t request this beforehand, would thoroughly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Elvas.

  Disliked: Nothing, it was all perfect and we couldn’t have asked for more.

  I recommend this cute and comfortable place

  Liked: Really nice place with super friendly staff! We were able to check in one hour early and they were super welcoming to our dog. They also had fridge, microwave and coffee downstairs.

  Liked: A convenient location with free parking. The room was very quiet & dark at night. Water cooler provided at reception. Great value for money.

  Disliked: No fridge in the room, which I had seen mentioned in the reviews but this obviously doesn’t apply to all rooms. Probably my fault as I didn’t check the details carefully enough.

  Excellent value for money and great location

  Liked: Brilliant location, in historic centre and a few minutes walk to museums and restaurants, but free car parking across the road from guest house. Friendly staff. I appreciated the free chilled water and tea/coffee facilities in the reception.
