Very good location and practical house with the basic needs
Liked: The location is very good, the host was very kind and accommodating of our needs, specially as I have a 1 year old baby. Also the host provided very good instructions for us to find car park.
Disliked: I would have liked to find more kitchen stuff to ease the cooking (like more pans etc), maybe also some toiletries like shampoo and a more comfortable mattress (but the latter may be personal choice)
Could do more to enhance the visitor experience. Water in fridge update some of the internal figments. Has a good locat

Disliked: Poor condition broken toilet seat, broken leaking shower. Broken chair. Indicated parking this was not close to property and was not readily available.
Liked: The location was great for what we needed. Had everything we need for our one night stay!!!
Loved Evora, Hated This Apartment
Liked: The location was okay if you don’t plan to use your car while staying there. It’s such a struggle to find parking that you’ll want to leave your car where you park it. Evidently the locals don’t like this, though. Our car was keyed while we were parked there.
Disliked: Lots of things: the cooktop and oven, while present as advertised, didn’t function. There was Wi-Fi, but we couldn’t get the landlord to tell us the Wi-Fi password. There was a functioning shower with plenty of hot water, but the shower stall was so small that you can’t get in it and close the door. This means you can’t take a shower without spraying water all over the bathroom luckily they do give you plenty of towels. The floor was very dirty, we had to wash our feet before putting our shoes on in the morning. The inside of the microwave was disgusting. The furniture was beat up and uncomfortable, with the exception of the beds. The property you’ll be staying at is not the one listed in the booking ad, so don’t knock at the door there. They say the host will meet you on site, but you have to call and let them know you’ve arrived and they will meet you at the front door in 15 minutes. Only when you call will they tell you the correct street number. We knocked at the door of the unit listed in the booking.com ad, and some poor man had to get out of the shower to tell us that we weren’t at the right place. I could go on, but I think you probably get the picture. Oh, I forgot to mention the drunken people staying next door who shouted until the wee hours. Worst stay ever.
Little consideration on Check-out
Disliked: Requested late check-out till 12h, was denied..normal check out was till 11h, but the cleaning lady was alredy opening the door at 10:45
