Exceptional
Amazing place to stay in Évora - 10+++
Liked: This apartment was superb - extremely spacious, quiet, clean, and in an excellent location just steps away from Placa de Giraldo, inside the walls in Évora. It is close to everything - the sights, shops, lots of restaurants, and even a grocery store. The apartment was like an oasis after a day of walking around sightseeing, and the hosts were wonderful - check-in was easy, and they were very responsive and helpful. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this property - we highly recommend it and would stay there again if we ever return to Évora.
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing we did not like - if I could give this place an 11, I would! However, if I could make one very little suggestion: a tablet in the showers to put toiletries on would be a welcome addition🙂
Liked: Hosts were extremely responsive and full of suggestions, especially needed if you have a car. Note some steep steps to get to 1st floor tho you have the whole trinity- style building. bedrooms, I with en suite full.bath, other small but full down hall.. Somewhat hilly to nearby Giraldi sq. Few minutes to other main sites. S.sll groceries around tho lised Sundays and holidays- ask! Well stocked kitchen, all rooms with needed a/c, Nice to have good clothes washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Liked: great central location and friendly host. Easy to reach restaurants and cafes. A small supermarket is just next door.
Disliked: Beds a bit too small despite the large size of the apartment.
A wonderful place in Evora!
Liked: Spacious apartment, very clean, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, great modern kitchen with all you need for cooking full meals, wonderful roof terrace to have coffee and wine and watch flocks of birds circle over Evora. Central location: walk to all city sights, cafes, restaurants, grocery, butcher, saturday morning produce market...no car needed...we didn't have a car. A lovely one week immersion in the life of Evora! Responsive hosts!
Disliked: Only minor item: The street in front has some traffic you can hear...but the bedrooms are in back which assures a peaceful sleep...and the terrace on top is peaceful!
Lovely apartment in a great location
Liked: Great location, very spacious apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Nice to have two full bathrooms. Good communication.
Disliked: Beds are small and very firm. Bigger and more bed pillows would be a great improvement.
Évora was a highlight of our trip!
Liked: The location was ideal, minutes away from shopping, landmarks, and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean and bright. We loved our stay at Casa de Serpa Pinta.
