  Great location, comfortable light and bright apartment

  Liked: Great location within the walls of the old city. Light and airy rooms and courtyard. Parking was free and easy within a 6 minute walk to the apartment. Small grocery stores were within easy short walking distances. We could walk to all local bars, restaurants and attractions like the Chapel of Bones. There is a great small restaurant within 50m of the apartment called Bistro Barao - it was so good we ate there each night of our stay.

  Disliked: This is nothing to do with the apartment, but just general information: There are rough cobblestones in the old town (which is to be expected), but this can make wheeling luggage a bit tricky, but luckily the house is not too far into the town, so it is doable. Some places in town require cash and don't take card.

  Comfortable stay in the heart of Evora

  Liked: Very good location to see Evora on foot. Loved that there was 2 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Nice linen. Aircon fantastic in the summer heat. Very friendly, helpful host. Thanks Maria!

  Disliked: Bit of an old building, stuffy smell.
