Liked: The location and the flexibility to deliver the keys.
Disliked: The sheets were dirty so we changed them. There was one cockroach in the bathroom. There are another families on the first floor who made noise during the night. They forgot to put the bed for our 1 year baby so he slept with us. In the next day, we delivered the keys at 10am but we forgot the baby food near the refrigerator and the charger of the iPad. We immediately tried to contact the responsible person but he just mentioned that he will speak with the cleaning company..until today I'm waiting for the stuff. Of course we entered a supermarket to buy baby food and we are already considered lost the Tupperwares and the iPad charger which of course have a money value included (much more than the night stay in this house). We tried to contact several times the responsible person for the house and it only pickup 2 times. We then tried another number which he picked up but the answer was the same. Not recommended at all.

Liked: Central position in historic part of town. Good A/C. Comfortable bed. Apartment was clean.
Disliked: Dated. No washing machine.
Convenient stay in the heart of a beautiful city of Evora
Liked: The location was exellent in the city centre. You cannot park your car near the house but there is a free public parking close by.
Liked: Privacy
Disliked: The smell of an old house or building. If people have no issues with old house smell then its a very good one.
Liked: Nothing, everything was in the worst possible way.
Disliked: The bathroom was broken and dirty, the coffee maker was broken, the kitchen utensils were incomplete, the washing machine was in the ads and photos but it wasn't, it hadn't been cleaned properly before we arrived, the blankets were stained and smelled, the air conditioner was so loud that you couldn't sleep, the refrigerator was at its smallest setting, the shower in the bathroom was broken, the cooker hood was broken, they didn't put shampoo in the bathroom, and overall it was the worst experience I've had with a hotel or rental house and the worst place I've booked through Booking.com. I suggest you remove it from your site until it fixes the problems. Also, your site's response to my problems was very bad and no attention was paid to it, which made me regret it and in the next reservations I will try to use another site because I am not at all satisfied with your approach.
