Pleasant
Liked: The fairly central location, fully stocked kitchen facilities, tiny courtyard for drying. Private bathroom. Friendly staff & other guests
Disliked: Bathroom extract not working causing areas of black mould. Shower curtain short so floor gets wet & makes shower tray surround damp saw silver fish
Liked: The communal space was lovely. A good shared kitchen and lounge Every thing one could need and comfy chairs, with Netflix too.
Disliked: The beds were small, low like children's beds. The room was scruffy but space enough and the shower was good.
We couldn’t get into the property
Disliked: Booking.com I demand a refund. We didn’t end up staying. We couldn’t get into the property. We tried to ring Booking. Com UK reply we were desperate but somehow hanged on us or dropped. It was the busiest time in Evora as it was holiday, accomodation all booked out. We paid a great price for a guesthouse for 197 euros. We demand a refund. Thank you. Kind regards, Marilyn and Dominic
