Fabulous

Liked: charming room, super location, great breakfast
Nice, but not the best option for the price
Liked: The location is very good and the property is attractive.
Disliked: The room was spacious but musty smelling (especially pillows and sheets). There were only bare minimum tools in the kitchen (no bottle opener, no paper napkins/paper towels, no tea, no spoons, etc.) The room was very quiet. There were small cosmetic issues like peeling stucco, loose floor tiles, etc. Compared to other places we stayed in Portugal, it was not a good value for money. Lastly, the breakfast was good but only one coffee machine for all guests to share (long line) and very small portions of food. Also, parking is quite far from the property if you have a rental car.
Liked: Good location and breakfast.

Liked: This place is in a fantastic location! So easy to walk everywhere! Also very clean!
Disliked: Limited paid parking. Also there was an incredibly strong fragrance in my room. I couldn’t tell if it was detergent, cleaning products or something else entirely but it was strong!
We loved the accomadation and the staff were very kind and helpful
Liked: Everything was lovely
Disliked: Entering the property was problematic. When we arrived and rang the bell twice no one was there to let us in and had to phone reception. This happened again the next day as the door entry system malfunctioned and the receptionist had to come down to open the door.
We absolutely do not recommend this hotel
Liked: The location was excellent, with tourist attractions within walking distance.
Disliked: 1. Despite booking well in advance, our room was in a separate building outside the main hotel grounds. 2. The front door to the annex was extremely stiff and difficult to open. The staff were aware of this but showed no remorse. 3. The bathroom was unbelievably small, with no place to put towels or clothes, making it the worst hotel experience I've ever had.
