Exceptional
Liked: Great location, next to the hot spring Pool towels provided ❤️ Spacious room! Shared area has kitchen and a fridge and a washing machine and a dryer
Disliked: Room doors open really loudly, so it might be noisy at night because people going to their room Only one washing and drying machine for the entire floor(9 unit) so you might end up waiting. And no laundry after 10:30pm. Shared kitchen has no stove top. You can only heat up things in microwave or air firer. No elevator so you need to carry your luggage to the second floor. Shower only have one type of soap for everything The quilt/blanket they gave you was small, it only covers one person.
Liked: Neat and clean rooms, the room had a spacious balcony, the location is quiet, well-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, very close to thermal pools. They provide beach towels which is great. There is a room service and they provide tea, water as well.
Modern, clean and well located. Great stay
Liked: Really modern and clean. Good location and good host communication

Liked: Location
Disliked: Price is a little high and had a hard time finding parking.
small room in a good location
Liked: good location directly in Furnas. easy check-in and check-out by code. sufficient parking nearby. community kitchen available. beach towels were provided for the hot springs.
Disliked: smallest room we ever had, we could not even open our suitcase properly. much smaller than on the pictures.
