Exceptional
Gorgeous stay in Guimaraes
Liked: The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, well designed and very comfortable. Location could not be better. It is well equipped for cooking, etc.
Disliked: We were surprised by the number of stairs, which total 50 from street to upper floor; which consisted of kitchen, living room, dining room, GUEST bath----no shower or tub, so do take note of that. There's only one bathing area. With four adults, that was sometimes tricky. The place was so lovely, we overlooked that.
Absolute Perfection!
Liked: EVERYTHING about this property was PERFECT and I truly mean everything. The owner was an absolute joy to deal with, the property exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, the cleanliness, there truly are no words! I HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in the heart of Guimaraes!
A superb property at the heart of a beautiful town
Liked: The location is absolutely excellent. Central to the town and very convenient. The apartment is a wonderful place. It is very much a whole house rather than just an apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms beautifully set out. A great shower room, with a powerful shower. Lots of towels available. The upstairs living rooms are beautiful with a fully functioning kitchen, utility room and second toilet. The host is great at detail. I had a couple of questions and she answered almost immediately. There was a welcome gift, as well as a paid parking card for the nearby underground car park. Everything was thought of, with a few more details beside.
Disliked: Nothing really. If you have mobility problems the staircase would make it difficult. However, for everyone else this is a beautiful house at a great price.

Disliked: A suggestion: it would be helpful to have a handrail along all the stairs.
