Perfect location in the historic centre. Clean, bright and well designed
Liked: The location was perfect. It was on a lively square, but with the windows closed, it was quiet enough. Although there were dance classes right downstairs in the afternoon, which could be a little loud, but for us they created a lovely vibe. Everything was clean. The kitchenette had everything you could want. Strong WiFi. Perfect space for two or three friends, a family or two couples travelling together.
Disliked: Almost everything was exactly as we wanted it. My only complaint was that the pillows weren't very firm, so I struggled to sleep the first night. But next time I would just bring my own pillow. The steps are a little steep, so might not be ideal for guests with limited mobility.
Liked: The host Maria was very helpful. We were able to check in earlier. Very close to major attractions, restaurants and super markets. Well equipped apartment with great ventilation if you don't want to use A/C. Big washing machine was handy. Taxi can come to door despite narrow road. Quiet at night after restaurants shut - no loud bar music. Dance studio nearby which closed at 10pm. Town square clock nearby, but the loud bells do not ring during sleeping hours.

Comfortable, cozy and family friendly
Liked: The owners were terribly gentle and human by attending a special request. I thank them so much because it’s the most Important thing for me now, every time I travel. The property is in the heart of the city of Guimarães. Location couldn’t be better than that.
Disliked: I liked everything. We felt at home all the time. And we will go back again as soon as possible.
